Glorious Fall Color

Okay, I know that photos like this one are a little too trite, a little too Norman Rockwell. But I just couldn’t resist putting it up.

This scene is just a few blocks from where I live, and it’s Exhibit A in the case for this being one of the most glorious fall color seasons in Minnesota in years. This, after all, is just an ordinary residential street. What must things look like out in the countryside!

And when I arrive home, here’s what greets me by my back door.

  1. D.R. I admit, freely admit because I’ve said it too many times, I hate trite! Hate it. But that pix, well, I wouldn’t say it was trite at all. Maybe because I’m a Floridian? I don’t know but I don’t think I’ve ever seen trees with those beautiful colors. They are just so lovely…how many colors are in there? Fifty? Fourty-nine? A lot of colors and remind me of that color wheel of sorts found in Paint. So lovely. And while you may think of it as trite…the trite hater here thinks it is spectacular! And with that, a thanks for posting it.

YF< Cathy Oh, like the site…and found it on yadaaaaa…Reflections of TM!
